You can't afford to go to a public park or watch the free firework show? Maybe get a job, hippy.

I dont like crowds and fireworks are dangerous. Holidays used to be fun, but as we get older they are just a hassle.

It represents the heart of Sisters that has always been a western town with logging , cows and horses . we also have one of the most popular rodeos on the west coast Sisters Rodeo !

It’s befitting of our culture, our way of life. The Sisters Rodeo has made this town prosper..There is no “danger” putting this on the round about, that’s a silly reason to not want it there.

I live in Bend where we have many roundabouts, where we have various artwork, and I've not seen a situation where I feel drivers were distracted, even in our high traffic roundabouts. In my opinion that's a red herring. I think the statue would be an asset to Sisters promoting its history.

It’s a significant piece of History. Prineville has a statue and it IS STILL STANDING!
