I've seen everything from abandoned cars to vans parked long-term on my street, and the problem's getting worse. It's not only taking street parking away from homeowners & those paying rent to live in my neighborhood, but law enforcement also drags its feet in dealing with this! Show Less

Yes I know of one in a store parking lot for over a month. It was on the street and someone pushed it into the parking lot because the police were going to tow it.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and the same broken down vehicles are still in the same spot and haven't been ticketed or moved. WHY!!!! They are taking up parking spots and cluttering the area.

Exactly! This awful man should never be allowed to own animals for the rest of his life! Once an abuser, always an abuser. No matter that he is a vet. It doesn't excuse this abusive behavior, especially over tiny dogs!

I don't think he should get his dogs back until a psych eval is done and he's deemed ok to own an animal. I also think that your reporter's continued hounding of him for an interview after he clearly declined was appropriate or professional.
