Should school districts ease graduation requirements?

I didn't know they had graduation requirements other than breath shown on a mirror. Just listening to teenagers talk among themselves is really scary. The lack attitude given of other people's space, privacy. The social manners are non-existent. And empathy --forget they don't know the word

California students are already dumb enough.
