The rules are not based on valid scientific data, so I don’t blame businesses for violating arbitrary rules by incompetent dictators like Gavin Newsom.

The only businesses that are NOT following guidelines and evidently don't care about the public's health are the casinos.

All the businesses I have observed are following guidelines. This is hard times for most of them and we should cooperate with them.

Seeing many restaurants open patios packed! Cactus Jacks is open serving indoors! Babaloo new place packed every night. Casinos are packed everyone with masks around their chins. Just drive down el paseo and see the outdoor patios packed with people 2 ft apart mask off.
