Eliminating short-term vacation rentals will crash the housing market. Palm Springs is already facing a sinking economy. Just enforce the rules in place. Our only true industry is tourism.

Longer-term is OK, but short-term ones bring down property values. And short-terms ones seem to attract the loud party types. They ruin it for all.
ReplyThe fact my neighbor's house has been a rotating party home for the last 5 months with different groups from out of the area back to back to back is absurd and insanely dangerous.
