It is a blatant violation of the Constitution. The protests in Los Angeles are not a rebellion. They are not ann insurrection. Jan6 WAS an insurrection. Tossing words like rebellion and insurrection around without regard for the truth is not only dangerous, it is reprehensible.

Our troops should protect our country from violent assaults from enemies, not people serving our communities and adding value to our country.

It is purely political, Trump creates the problem, then takes credit for solving it--all to divert attention the real problems he is either incapable of solving or refuses to resolve.

It’s against the law

The person who should be arrested is Donald Trump, who committed treason against America when he tried to overturn an election in which got stomped.

The military presence is inflaming the situation. They need to leave in order to deescalate the situation.

The LAPD had everything under control. All 'The No Do Gooders", (quote by president Bush"), will be arrested! And they should be! However, the dictator now in the White House, instigated the protesters and the bad people to go down an ugly path. His lies are very dangerous.

It is against our constitution for the military to be used against its citizens and the Felon in Chief needs permission from the Governor to bring in the National Guard. Everything this administration does is to cause us to fight with each other and cause Chaos so he has a reason to break the law.

This is not a full fledged riot and trump is doing this to create chaos and punish CA for not bowing down to his dictatorship.

People ave the right to protest and the president is doing this for self gratification.

The military is highly trained group whose mission is to protect the US abroad. Their equipment is not styled for civil intervention. They train for war. Even the National Guard isn't really isn't the best choice for crowd control. Local police usually can control these situations.

ICE activity creates fear in our community. Deploying the CA national guard against the wishes of our governor and LA mayor is authoritarian and erodes the foundations of our democracy. The federal government is trampling on the states rights of CA. If they do it here every state is at risk.

Marines, Army, Navy, AF are not legal "police" for U.S. territory.
