Tough choice. Suh was physically stronger but when you compare effectiveness of the player vs state of the game when they played it's harder to say. Also, RG had 2 outstanding seasons vs NS's 1.

Rich was a one many wrecking ball on a National Championship team competing with his own players like Larry Jacobson, etc.

It's very close. Each was the dominant defensive lineman of his era. Each wrecked offenses. Glover by far outplayed everyone in the Game of the Century, and it's hard to top that. Glover, barely.

I was only about 10 when Rich Glover played. I remember him as an awesome player but Suh is arguably the greatest college D-Lineman of all time. Not just at Nebraska, but all college, All time.

How is this even a question?

SUH had less help on the Dline and yet he dominated. Ask that Missouri QB what he thinks as well as McCoy. If we had had the 2008 or 2010 offense wt Suh's 2009 D = National champs. Timing was off.

A beast often double & triple teamed, Suh still dominated games and caused OCs to change entire game plans mid-stream.

Glover was very good, but Suh's success in the NFL is a pretty good indicator of his overall talent level.

Suh has to double teamed in the nfl....Dominate is too small of a word.

Im old enough to have seen both play but Rich Glover had a great supporting cast. Suh didnt and he was a one man wrecking crew.

Glover was the best until Suh. More diverse offenses today. Nationally, Suh had a tad more recognition. I love them both and grateful they played for the Big Ref.

I feel it ease worries a LITTLE bit. I think he has already talked to his friend Pat, AD at Penn State, and was told that Penn State Alumni want someone more proven than Rhule. So, Rhule is way down the list.

No, it means nothing, he is gone or he woulda squashed it and said he was taking his name out of consideration and he didn’t.

Memorial Stadium is one of the greatest venues in sports. Why shouldn't the folks in Lincoln, Omaha, and all of Nebraska get the opportunity to be entertained by any show worthy of a stadium sized audience? So much CHA-CHING!

I saw a Larry the Cable Guy show in Memorial Stadium. Didn't have anything to do with "sports"
