Yes, recruiting is important, but we need to get the offense moving. Not 3 years from now, but starting this spring. We need an offensive coordinator NOW.

Right now, there is only recruiting. Offensive scheme is Scott's brainchild of Oregon speed and Husker power. That's not changing. Relationship is key in being able to bounce ideas off each other.

Replyeverything is now in place. The main thing we need now is talent. Don't know if he'll be a general recruiter or just for the offense, but the defensive front 7 on our team aren't exactly award winners
