Last time I checked there was no all white college but there is black colleges, I also say they got a network bet but there's no white Network they have Awards based solely on your color, so let's stop with all this nonsense and get on with being human

Diversity training simply helps people communicate better, by helping them avoid even unintentional bias between races and cultures. It makes businesses and education function better. Sadly, the white legislators have their own biases which prevent them from recognizing this.
