The school board members that chose to break the law, hurt your schools financially. Eric upheld the law. The school board members should be held responsible, for any and all losses.

Eric Schmitt needs to keep his nose out of school board decisions. He`s only doing this so he can advance himself politically. Leave the schools alone

School boards don't write the laws, but they do have to obey them..

This piece of crap has/had nothing better to do than sue schools for protecting our children. Just because HE thinks it's wrong, doesn't mean he can bully schools into doing it how he thinks it should be done

Take a second to breathe and pry your mouth off Eric's junk already. Good lord

Thirty minutes of research, and you would find out just how wonderful of a person Eric Schmitt is, and how many good things he has done for Missouri and our Nation. You could never even follow Eric through even one days work. You and Jackle are nothing compared to Eric, and never will be.

Same place you get your common sense. Oh right you and the rest of the right wing whack jobs don't have that

Oh, it's little Adam, the legal advisor. Where did you get your law degree? Cheerios, Wheaties, or Captain Crunch?

He made a ruling that some didn't like regarding schools and masks. He also made some happy with the same rule. This is another example of people trying to punish and silence others, who don't follow their way of thinking. So very childish.

The liberals at Columbia Public Schools had issues with obeying the law.

Eric Schmitt could become Missouri's next US Senator. There are many fine GOP people in this race. If Eric wins, he will have my full support. He has done an outstanding job, as Missouri's Atty. General. I don't have any respect for the RINO that wants to slash his budget. LGB

This News Outlet even asking this question is playing politics and not standing up for the Constitution. How about asking: Do you Support the Consititution? Or Do You Think Schmitt Upheld the US Consitution? Let’s see that question instead.

Not since the Great Depression has wealth inequality in the US been so acute, Top 0.1% now worth as much as the bottom 90%. Prior to Reagan and trickle-down economics in the mid-80's, the bottom 90% held over 35% and the top 0.1% about 10%. And yet, the wealthiest among us still want more!

It will always be that way, because most people make bad choices.

Forgot one important fact ... Reagan and trickle-down economics also put us on the path to huge budget deficits and financial ruin.

This data is from 12 years ago, but it is only WORSE now. https://www.theguardian.com/business/2014/nov/13/us-wealth-inequality-top-01-worth-as-much-as-the-bottom-90

Nothing the Democrats have done of offered has ever helped the majority of the people. Obamacare caused my healthcare to skyrocket and quality to plummet. Democratic scandals, such as those seen in Minnesota with the Somalians, far too common. It's past time to support out President.

Prior to the Affordable Care Act, insurance companies routinely denied coverage for pre-existing conditions. How exactly does that reduce the quality of coverage?

Fred

Right ... other than the 19th Amendment, Social Security, GI Bill, Medicare, Medicaid, Securities and Exchange Act, Rural Electrification Act, unemployment benefits, Voting Rights Act, Head Start & student loans, Republicans? Tax cuts for corporations & the wealthy.

If the revenue isn't replaced (along with cuts) with a flat/consumption/fair tax, then it's a waste of time. When it comes to spending money, republicans can waste it as much as the democrats.

It would probably be replaced by higher regressive sales tax rates.

Governors tax policies are misguided. Capital Gains and income tax elimination will shift the tax burden to lower and middle income folks. Saying this is to attract new business is a weak argument.

He's continued Missouri's race to the bottom with Texas and Florida when it comes to this culture war bull, his proposition to eliminate income tax is fake populist pandering, in reality it's a rug pull on the poor and a handout for the rich.
