Went from 28 pills a day to 6. My Army doctor and VA doctor both told me to research and maybe try it. My first time I was 49. 52 now, no night terrors, panic attacks or sleep walking. I was very suicidal and this plant has changed all that.

I’ve heard of kratom. But not until just recently , did I hear about the 7-OH. What is it exactly?

I have 2 friends who use it regularly and I have seen their mental decline since using it.
