Water is incredibly essential to our life and yet no one seems to really care because it has always been there. It affects more than just our state of Arizona this is a problem for millions of people. It won't hit home until it's too late. We need to put aside our greed. Put our future first

No colored water in Russellville. Just have the city charging people for water they haven't even used yet. My last bill showed my gallons used at 68000 total. Yet my meter shows 140 gallons less. My neighbor was 200 less and another neighbor's meter showed 160 gallons less.

To continue about Russellville, our average water/sewer bill is $80-$90/month. Double all other towns in mid mo? Why?
