Too many times a call is either not answered or is answered by a robot. Might as well just leave a message instead of trying to negotiate a maze of instructions.

A phone call however in today's technology environment is becoming more difficult to get a human on the phone.

Many time ppl are seen looking/using phone while driving crossing the line on the road or having to slam on their brakes so they don't hit the car in front of them.

Driving to work this morning at 70 MPH, I could see the guy behind me had his phone in his hand fiddling around (assume texting). Pulled off the exit (he was still behind me) and still tapping away. Since this 'law' has no real teeth, idiots like this will simply keep doing what they do.

Missouri is way late to the party on this law. I think this law is pretty common across the US.

It's the beginning of the school year so kids will be outside and many adults also like myself will be out walking a lot if you need to message someone pull over I don't even walk and text this is a great law

I won't even answer a phone call while I'm in my car, it's hands free, but I refuse to try and hold a conversation in a town where people turn right from left hand lanes, or make U-turns leagally, yet everywhere else in the USA it is illeagal.
