The temp. is whatever the same as whatever it is outside. My AC is an open window.

My bedroom stays between 67 and 73 year round without AC and wood stove in Winter.

We keep ours at 75 if needed in the afternoon to early evening. Our house is well insulated. Our heat pump is efficient.
