So many places have to depend on unqualified employees and makes Motel, dining experiences very frustrating. No experience or expertise, definitely no professionalism or pride in workmanship in many places.

I'll just stay inside my air-conditioned house or in my air-conditioned car to get to an air-conditioned store. I won't walk my dogs in this heat either, as the concrete temp will exceed whatever the air temp is by about 15 degrees and is bad for their paws/
