Trump basically has no say in this, it's on the shoulders of Congress. Might want to study what all the 111th Congress did back in 2009-11... this is all about payback.

Snap is funded by taxpayers just like anything else that claims to be government funded. Trump needs to quit breaking the law and figure out how to even be a president.

USDA has reserves for emergencies...hungry children and seniors is an emergency! Trump got a friend to donate $300 million. For military chks...how about the rest of us?

Defund all welfare programs. Make people responsible for their own actions.

ReplySNAP is primarily funded by the U.S. federal government through congressional appropriations, with the USDA providing the funds, and states administering the program and covering their share of administrative costs.
