Central Oregon has a low risk of radon and my house is well designed to preclude gases from the living spaces. But, why is a gas that is a by-product of fission coming out of the ground? Deep Earth fission is what heats the planet's core. Fission is the natural energy of the Earth and is eternal.

So far I've been good but slipped and landed on my knee and bad wrist but turned out OK, a friend fell and blew out his knee a coyote weeks ago

I fell three weeks ago and broke my femur. It has been a nightmare. It's very dangerous so walking slow with traction on your feet is necessary. My husband has fallen a couple times but thankfully he didn't break anything.

I fell in an icy parking lot on Mon 12/19. Landed flat on my back and bruised my rear, a 2" black bruise. I have trouble sitting and bending over. I know several people who have fallen and didn't go to the hospital.

No and when it gets really icy outside I have to stay home because I walk with a Cane and it would be very dangerous on the ice for me. So I just stay home.

Timely response capability is priceless - think about the lives that could be saved by better funded services.

The increase is way to big and places additional burden on property owners. From 20 cents per thousand to 80 cents, unreasonable.

Maybe a small increase, but certainly not a quadruple increase.
