1. How? Limit the internet? Block websites? = censorship 2. Why? = since when does the government become responsible for my mistakes? 3. This means the government can dictate arbitrary issues of conduct, do you know what that potentially means??!

No. Government is not your mommy or your daddy (despite popular belief). Whatever happened to self-control and personal responsibility.

Why would anyone want more government intervention in to their life? Its not the responsibility of government to be all things for us as individuals.

Im 16 and I used to be much more addicted to my phone. My generation is more depressed & sleep deprived because of social media.
