I'm 50/50 as desperate teams tend to draft early, but Jones is the definition of media hype. He's got the size but with only 3 games, 5 TDs and 2 INT. That's a small sample, but comparable to the other 2 QBs on OSU's roster. He'll need a great season to show he's first round. Bosa has done that.
