Carole and Tuesday was just such a feel good anime. Of course with their respective hurdles in the show, It was ultimately something anyone would love to watch. However, Your Lie in April is just far more popular and people are more inclined to pick it because of that.

I was in band for like 8 years and super appreciate a great piece of music that adds another level to the visuals being portrayed!

Only when the score is really great, but that doesn't mean that unnoticeable scores are inherently bad either (I think people put too much stock on the "can you hum X's theme from memory" argument).
