The rationale for the tariffs makes no sense economically; making me think it was either a pump and dump insider trading scheme, or this administration has no idea what its doing.

Mainly nostalgia! I grew up in the 90's and even if I don't buy anything, I still love browsing a cool thrift store when I find one !
