Most of our taxes are going to Schools that are no longer required to make sure students are proficient in math, reading, writing and comprehension. Why are we paying so much and getting nothing in return.
ReplyMore and more levies and bonds. Stop voting for all these additional taxes and the tax bills won't raise by so much.
ReplyYes and it is outrages! It went up $664. 60 over last year, for a total of $8089.85 That is $664.00 per month, just for property tax. I think Police and fire dept. need more money, but it should come out of this outrages amount not more taxes. I vote no on any increase.
ReplyYes, almost a 10% increase. Education and education bonds comprise 50%! I hope the public thinks it's worth it.
