I am a worry-wart and a negativr person, so half-empty would be the answer. But, what people don't see is that I am a pragmatist, or a realist. So, it's is also not half full or half empty, but right down the middle.

I'm mostly optimistic, but really depends on if you're pouring or drinking. ;)

Mine is 99% full. Born in the USA fills my glass 50%; good family, good values fill it the rest of the way.

I love a natural tree best, but I have to admit that a few years ago, I bought a beautiful fake tree, with lights, berries, and pine cones already on it and I love it.

Real trees are too darn expensive, $60 a year or $60 for 10 years or more!

Because it is better for the environment, for thousands of trees are being cut down and you don’t have to go through the big mess

It lasts for a lot of years, it doesn't makes sense to cut a tree to send it to the trash after 2 weeks

There really is no need to kill a living tree in order to set it up in one's home just so people can look at it and then throw it away once the holiday season is over. It's wasteful and selfish.
