Scientology has a history of spite-driven revenge for perceived slights to their creed and those who spout it. There are numerous cases of death or injury to people that have a shadowy Scientology connection lurking somewhere in the background. Of note too is the fact when a link to Scientology IS found in relation to some sort of skullduggery, mainstream media will very quickly go silent on the subject.
