Technically it's not Fall till Sunday. Now could of done without the up swing in temperature then the down swing to 60's . It really mess with my allergies and sinuses. But nope .

Paid sick leave is needed for all workers. How can you pay medical bills if you aren't getting paid while you are sick or recovering from surgery?

Small Missouri employers have enough problems just meeting their payrolls. More government intrusion is not the answer.

You accepted the benefits or lack there of when you accepted the job. If they offer overtime see if you can store all or part of your hours for unforeseen circumstances. If not look for a company that provides leave and quit trying to force small businesses out.

In Moberly they are building houses but they are setting the rent 1000$ to 1200$ or more plus utilities. Last time I checked People can't afford that and people who are on a set budget needs affordable housing that they can live in not 500 to 800 a month when your are barely making it .
