Do I think it could be better, yes ….. but MR didn’t have a lot to work with considering frost didn’t recruit much if any. The D of course is a 180 turn around and I like MR philosophy of building a brotherhood bond between his players. He’s turned the ship around into the right direction !

I don't know if yes is the right answer because qb is the most important position on the field and he absolutely didn't have one ready. The reason I voted yes is because of what he has done after the season. I think he is a very good fit.

Starting with a new system, new coach, starting with a worthless QB. The team stayed together and had the highest retention in the Big10. That says it all for me.

The man is the Builder and He is building. I'm not looking at the record as I am looking at the foundation being built . Great progress in Year One, 100% behind him.

I believe the culture and brotherhood has taken a big step. Players are a team. Now we must get past the stigma of believing we can win the 4th quarter and close games. Now instilling the confidence.

Definitely building, and willing to make adjustments for any missteps. Aside from QB, is improving in every area. And QB is looking good with current recruits. Hopefully has staff straightened out.

Reasonable to impressive results given the circumstances. More importantly were his actions/decisions to further develop the entire program.

Hitting the ground running and get a recruiting class signed, difficult with a failed NE past He did miss on the quarterback and Purdy lost in the shuffle but excellent D w Tony W, hopeful offensive signs, better special teams. Hopefully a winning record and good QB play, Future looks bright

Much lot rot can be unnoticed for a long time, so can internal improvements, while the record wasn't a lot better, this program is in infinitely better shape than it was 14 months ago.

Everything but winning. But Satterfield will never give us the solid offense a championship team needs. I, along with many others, say we MUST be a run first offense (and to a fault). Anything else is a loser. I give Matt a B+ his first year.

Simple look where we came from, 8 years of loses, Riley & Frost total disappointments. In both cases the head coaching job at NE was too big for both of them. We now have a process just follow it and it is impressive so far! GBR!!

So true, Mickey J.couldn't have run the machine as well as Rhule has thus far.

Love Rhule and truly believe in him picture. However his game management cost us a couple of games. You are paid to have situational awareness and planning. he does SO MICH SO well, but he did not manage end of games well in terms of clock management and understanding his limits with personnel

He seemed to want to fail the first year, so that subsequent years (with "His" guys) would look better.

A 5 win season is not up to Nebraska standards. Same old story losing close games and turnovers. Jeff Sims was a total failure

Everybody was happy with Jeff Sims until we found out he didn't have any "Fingers". Blame the coach...

There were some really questionable calls in some games re: going for a first down instead of going for a FG that cost them several games and trying some trick and fancy plays in the red zone but as others have said, he seems to have the program moving in the right direction.
