Because there is too much noise already from the air traffic and extra travelers. Plus more smog from the extra polluting this is causing. Which is contributing to more tourists and than more people moving to central Oregon which has increased the population in the last twelve years by 20%.

It will be needed for relief efforts when the big quake hits the coast and valley.
ReplyIt is needed as the region grows in population and also for when the big earthquake happens
