As long as there is a chance of the child abuse to continue, then it should go to trial and stop this nonsense.

Ridiculous waste of funds and time! The Superintendent /school board should be able to make those decisions without fear of financial penalty! The wearing of mask is not a wreckless decision and I would much rather err on the side of caution in favor of teacher and student saftey!

He needs to sit his tail down and stop this foolishness. He’s making it a political platform and the school systems are trying to protect our children and those working in the school systems. Why don’t he sue the spam and robo industries she they can stop bothering us.

This frivolous lawsuit is taking precious taxpayer dollars from school districts across the state, forcing them to pay ridiculously exorbitant attorney fees to fight the attorney general's ruling. Mask mandate decisions should be left to local school districts, not state funded government officials.
