Holly heck, taxes would go up and jobs would go to part time. Getting no where fast.

It would cause many businesses to close and many people would lose their jobs. Very few states could handle this financially.

Many small businesses have closed across the U.S. resulting in spikes in unemployment. While we pass stimulus packages to assist keeping some businesses afloat. The high amount unemployment claims here in the U.S. are indicating increasing amounts of Americans are still struggling to stay afloat.
