That would be just as helpful as the warnings on cigarettes and wine bottles. It should also be a law that everyone uses seatbelts. As long as the government is involved, it will be a benefit to all of mankind.

Leave it up to the liberals+socialists to come up with another rule to 'protect the children'. Crazy thought, how about *parents* regulate what apps their children use? Crazier thought, how about not giving children a phone until they are mature enough to handle it? 7 year olds do not need a phone.

Unless the free market is involved and real accountability for failures, nothing will change. More government money equals more problems.
