It doesnt take a brain surgeon to realize that something else happened in this case. Either the kid pick this up from family or friends of the family but no one gives out expensive laced edible.

The event organizers have a whole year to fix this. Candy could be purchased by the event organizers participants would have to agree to safety policy

It’s not about jail sentence. He has to live with it 4 the rst of his life. His conscious was getting 2 him that’s why he probably admitted 2 it. If not nobody would ever known. Who knows?
