Parents dont have any expertise or experience in dealing with viruses & should get No say or vote over public health policies. That's what we have actual experts for. We don't call parents when our cars break down. Public Health measures are not any parent's choice" to make. No such "right" exists!

All parents that wish for their children to wear a mask may choose that option. Requiring ALL students to do so is totalitarian and is not your right to enforce. Rights go both ways. Put your child in a hazmat suit if you like, but don't expect others to be required to join your folly.

Thank you CPS for working hard to keep our kids safe and for not allowing misguided community members to bully you into submission. It is a hard lesson to learn that whining isn't how we get our way, but we can do hard things especially when it's for the kids.

All mask mandates should be considered null and void. They are ineffective and they cause mental health issues. Just look at the school board members.

We say we do not need to mask up in public and allow businesses to decide, yet we want to allow school districts to make them mandatory?

They should investigate the mandates. It should be every persons choice to choose. No one is saying you can't wear a mask, just that you don't have to if you don't want to.
