The 2011 team that nearly lost their opening game to an FCS opponent would have lost to NDSU. They went to the Cotton Bowl and almost won the Big 12.

They'll right the ship with 4 or more Big XII wins.

There's a chance this season falls apart, but I doubt we fall so far that we're out of the bowl picture. Depends on this week's practice, though.
