The ability to protect yourself from felons is indeed an emergency, it's also guaranteed by our 2nd Amendment.

No it isn't. What the real problem is is Democrats letting thousands of real criminals go unpunished, while using the criminals activities as an excuse to attack the Constitution and the 2nd Amendment.

Alcohol is the problem. Yet it rarely if ever gets talked about. If you want to stop gun violence eliminate alcohol and you're going violence just dropped at least in half.

The city of Columbia and Boone County have a terrible sense of justice. If, the cops don't let them go, the attorneys and judges will. If you look the shooter up on casenet, you will learn that they have pages of arrests and trial records, only to be given probation again and again.

I voted yes because there is shots fired daily. It's also a prosecutor and judge problem. We see people committing crimes that should already be in prison. All judges do is hand out street cred and prosecutors give plea deals.
