Rotating minimizes the possibility of corruption which our city has experienced, its ashame that mayor walked away with nothing more than probation. lets not let it happen again.

YES. The system has been working just fine for several years now. Avoid any lawsuits and keep it this way.

I have always thought voting a mayor is better than the rotation of a mayor. With the rotation, the mayor becomes only a spokesperson for the council The voters should elect based on the agenda of the mayor And it allows for consistency with staff.

Mayors should be elected. The whole rotating mayor debacle has been embarrassing for our city.

One person can be directly responsible for implementing their agenda and keep it on track instead of having to rotate every year.

We already voted. So many individuals shared their stories and frustrations with the thought of overturning this decision. It's insulting that Representatives thought we couldn't comprehend what we read. Besides, how they wrote it for the ballot, it not our fault.

I am tired of our representatives patting me on the head and saying, "You just didn't mean to vote that way or understand the issue so we will fix it to our choice not yours!" We the people have voted and are saying YES to women's healthcare.

I expected more of a vote for change, as the city is struggling. Most of us are witnessing this decline and are astonished at how blind to it so many are. Buffered or head in the sand, I do not know. The troubles are real and I see no solutions from any of those elected.

The University of Missouri alumni are what’s causing all of this. They take their taxpayer funded state pensions and move to CoMo wanting to become permanent spectators at UM sports events. We need to put a stop to these people. These are the UM engineering school computer nerd graduates FYI

The Looney Left college vote bought this election. Look forward to more late evening crime downtown, more crime everywhere, all over town, at all times. The courts will give record probations, and Columbia will become known as Little Chicago.

The losers couldn't string two sentences together on the debate. Anyone who actually paid attention knew exactly where this was headed. Everyone else is talking through their feelings.

We need to write our state congressmen and demand a law to ban personalized MU license plates for state employees and retirees

If I gave you name and number of a MoDOT engineer who has publicly proclaimed that he is going to retire and take his taxpayer funded pension and move to CoMo so he can “watch MU sports in retirement” would you help file a series of complaints against this state bureaucrat?

The stupidity of Columbia shows no bounds. Why Re-elect the person destroying the city and not caring for the city or its people.

MU engineering school graduates are the real problem. They get state jobs doing technical computer stuff that no one understands. And on top of that they are a bunch of socially awkward nerds.
