As a single adult, there's really nothing of interest. No home arts, no baking contests, hardly any vendors of interest. There need to be more activities and displays of interest to adults. If you've seen one cow, you've seen 'em all.

As someone on disability finding affordable housing is one of the most difficult things I face in columbia.

I hear you, if the rent raises again I might find myself homeless, it;s pretty dumb now for a 6+ decades old 2/br trailor.
If one drives virtually anywhere in Columbia you will see numerous people at intersections with signs requesting help. My wife works in mental health and she is inundated with people coming in for assistance. Ask anyone working in the mental health field & they will tell you the same thing.

Beggars have existed in human society since the dawn of recorded history. It's not climate change.
Government is what is making housing expensive. Want less expensive housing? Get Government out of the way.

The property owners, are being inundated with tax increases, and higher costs, to maintain the properties, too. The government, is doing nothing to help them.

If you want houses to be cheaper, build more houses (make it easier for developers to build houses).
