The only reason I voted yes is because we needed a reality check from the narrative that Matt Rhule is creating such a great culture. I think he’s doing a pretty darn good job and we are still above culturally but he isn’t walking on water.

Portal is the new format. What’s the difference when people quit their job and go to work for more money at a different vendor or company. Why should coaches and administrators make all the money.
