Of course. What else is he going to do? Not running would expose, again, how weak and inept his leadership has been. Democrats (not Biden, he's just their puppet) are playing the smart, long game in Biden vs. Trump. They know Trump will say/do something to sway just enough voters to keep Biden.

If anything, it will help them by rallying his troops. The charges do seem to be illegitimate and a shitshow at best. Similar to the distractions during his time as President. All Trump wants is for America to become great again, At a minimum, stop the decline.
