For one he's not all there and his policies are ruining our country. I've never had to pay over $700 for groceries for my family it's ridiculous.

Of course. What else is he going to do? Not running would expose, again, how weak and inept his leadership has been. Democrats (not Biden, he's just their puppet) are playing the smart, long game in Biden vs. Trump. They know Trump will say/do something to sway just enough voters to keep Biden.
