For one he's not all there and his policies are ruining our country. I've never had to pay over $700 for groceries for my family it's ridiculous.

Biden just reads the teleprompter unless of course he gets lost on stage on the way to the podium, then he just tries to shake hands when no one is there.

Of course. What else is he going to do? Not running would expose, again, how weak and inept his leadership has been. Democrats (not Biden, he's just their puppet) are playing the smart, long game in Biden vs. Trump. They know Trump will say/do something to sway just enough voters to keep Biden.
