Pride embraces unity by acknowledging that our differences create a stronger and richer society. Our valley is made up of parts that create one, spectacular whole. Recognizing the LGBT+ community doesn’t diminish any other part of our community. It recognizes and celebrates our shared humanity.

Understanding the fundamental principles of equality in every aspect if life is essential to a successful society.

I believe for all we celebrate unity, we welcome all, no bigotry, no hate, just love for one and all.

I am against the current trend of marginalizing and alienating various groups of human beings. We're moving in the wrong direction imo.

There is no reality where we should not recognize each other When we recognize each other we unify All humans are created equal. Start with one group and it becomes a never ending tale Happy Holidays

United means everybody. Free speech is our right and everyone can celebrate their race, religion, creed or whatever they want. Trying to control others isn’t United. That’s divided.

With our country's current state Mr, Pradetto timing couldn't be more inapt. We should all be celebrating our differences and not creating more divisiveness. Mr. Pradetto needs to take a long hard look at himself to find out what is driving him to waste everyone's time on this.

At what point does the expectation for constant symbolic recognition transition from fostering inclusion to creating a fragmented public square, and can we move toward a model where quiet, mutual acceptance is valued over the ever-expanding need for formal visibility.

This is why we have Black History month, AAPI, Hispanic heritage to include each other! Its not meant to divide, its meant to be an opportunity to learn about one another and to realize we have more similarities then differences. Learn about one another, love one another. How did it all get so ugly?
