A small tax. Reason why i say yes is because online sales are shutting down storefronts on a daily basis. They are going out of business and the state is loosing sales revenue.

Because they have the power to pass legislation that affects the price of stocks, allowing them to buy low & sell high. Insider trading is illegal. It's what our current president is doing.
