What do you think about the American Family building as the location for a new high school?

Because we already have great school buildings with everything they need. Dont need any other building for schools. The American Family building is over 30 something years old and it dosen't have Gymnasium or locker rooms. Just something to spend tons of money we dont need to spend. NO NEW SCHOOLS!!
