He is seeking his own agenda (self-serving) that does not represent the people of this nation. He is selfish & has no empathy for others & in fact appears to be another personality disorder that lacks empathy for all others but himself. We have too many people who ignores others needs.

It's not necessary. Inflicting violence, assault or battery against ANYONE is a felony in all jurisdictions. It doesn't matter who is the perpetrator or the victim: intentionally causing bodily harm to another is a CRIME, period.
