Should the city install parking meters Downtown?

Finding a parking place down town is hard enough then you have to pay to park there! I never have change, I am on a fixed income and my whole check goes into the bank every month.

It's just another way for the city to penalize people who patronize downtown businesses. Actually I believe that they should do away with all parking enforcement.
