even MORE city over reach... its bad enough with the council wanting to spend millions on a riverfront park in a frequent flood area

A friend of mine once wrote this line in a poem: "Cigarette infested, backseat childhood memories. . ." Both of his parents smoked. We've had plenty of data since the sixties. Draft the ordinance!
