I don't go to the Casino simply because there is smoking allowed. I am Asthmatic and know the value of breathing.

Mail-in voting is the only option for many people to vote if they are disabled, stationed overseas, otherwise out of town, sick, elderly, etc. And it's so handy for everyone!
