The public in St. Joseph has contempt for the way streets and traffic are being handled, especially on the Belt Highway. There is a total lack of respect for the traffic lights or traffic laws.

All tax issues should be voted on my citizen/taxpayers. That is one reason we fought for independence with the revolutionary war.
