We are in a negative time with the cost of gas and increasing speed limit would further increase costs for the average Americans. Speed increases consumption of gas.

The public in St. Joseph has contempt for the way streets and traffic are being handled, especially on the Belt Highway. There is a total lack of respect for the traffic lights or traffic laws.
ReplyAll tax issues should be voted on my citizen/taxpayers. That is one reason we fought for independence with the revolutionary war.
