It would disenfranchise too many voters of their right to participate in the government.

The public in St. Joseph has contempt for the way streets and traffic are being handled, especially on the Belt Highway. There is a total lack of respect for the traffic lights or traffic laws.
ReplyAll tax issues should be voted on my citizen/taxpayers. That is one reason we fought for independence with the revolutionary war.
