. The republicans are represented in the hearings so their is transparency. This investigation is being conducted under the rules of the house enacted by the republican majority of the house in 2015

Since the republicans and t rump have no defense for the provable crimes he has committed the only thing they can do is try to disrupt the process.
I think a Mayor council should come back. Or the Manager Positions should be voted on by the city
