I’m sick and tired of the huge loud ones that scare my animals, they should be outlawed! And the fact that they go on for at least 2 weeks before and after the 4th!

In my neighborhood people are setting these off year round at all hours of the night when decent people are sleeping. SJPD needs to enforce the nuisance noise laws.
