Not everyone is a good tester. If a student has the actual desire to go, I do not think a poor test score should stop them. Being a bad tester does not make you a bad student.

Because they have the power to pass legislation that affects the price of stocks, allowing them to buy low & sell high. Insider trading is illegal. It's what our current president is doing.
